Our rates vary according to season and by aparment. An overview of our rates is as follows, but please do contact us for more details:

January - March

2 Bedroom: $2200 / monthly
Studio: $1600 / monthly

April - December

2 Bedroom: $1100 / monthly, $680 / weekly
Studio: $850 / monthly, $495 / weekly

We also offer discounts for bookings made long in advance and for long-term reservations. Our rates include no agency fees, so our prices are very reasonable.
